About Healthy Living

Wellness is a lifestyle, and your home plays a significant part.

A Home Designed for Wellness

Now, more than ever, we live, work, and play in our home. There is a shift within architecture to intentionally design elements to optimize biological function and incorporate the know-how of environmental conditions that can cause or reduce inflammation, and improve hygiene and sanitation.

Your home should help making the right choice the easy choice. From the "feel" of a space to the connection to nature, I can help you find the right home, or reinvent your current one. From in-home gyms, to spaces that nourish the soul, your wellness lifestyle begins at home.

I will design your personalized in-home gym, or help you find the perfect home to fit your wellness lifestyle.

The Wellness Kitchen

Traditional, or typical kitchen pantries and cupboards are suited to storing canned goods, packaged, and processed foods, rather than fresh fruits and vegetables.

Today, kitchens should use modern technology and design to foster a healthy lifestyle. The kitchen is a sanctuary for healthy eating, with living gardens, centrally displayed fresh produce, and easy composting.

In a wellness kitchen there is no need for a microwave because foods are cooked over a range of temperatures from a variety of sources to maintain nutrients and flavors. Cupboards and shelves packed with elaborate and unnecessary appliances are replaced with bowls of organic fruit, drawers of fresh veggies, and natural ingredients for easy-to-prepare meals.
